"I have not felt this good in many years!"
Existing back issues had me in so much pain I was considering surgery. Working methodically with Coach Ty three times a week and my back problems are behind me now! I have not felt this good in many years! But the biggest benefit has been rebuilding confidence in myself both physically and mentally. My worries of growing old and weak have been replaced by visions of good health and happiness. Thanks again Coach Ty for helping me chase my dreams!
