6 DB Lunges 50/35
3 DB Push Press 50/35
Min 1-5 One partner has to be holding the L-sit while the other works.
Min 5-10 One Partner has to be holding the Plank while the other is working
Min 10-15 One Partner has to be holding the bent knee hollow body
Min 15-20 One Partner holding the Front Scale while the other is working.
Work can only be done while one of them is doing the hold.
